Adam Rolston, senior founding partner of INC Architecture & Design, has shaped the built environment for over three decades. Raised in Los Angeles and educated in Connecticut, New York, and Florence, he has lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and the U.S. As INC’s creative and managing director, Rolston has designed objects, spaces, and buildings at all scales, totaling over a million square feet. His work spans residential, hospitality, club, restaurant, retail, and commercial sectors across three continents. Guided by a belief that beauty is a human entitlement, he brings aesthetic vision, social purpose, and technical precision to every project. A registered New York architect and member of AIA NY and USGBC, Rolston also serves on the executive board of Open House New York, advancing public engagement with the city’s architecture and infrastructure. His integrated approach blends visionary design, civic responsibility, and the nuanced craft of building.
