Elsa MH Mäki is a designer, teacher, and writer based in Brooklyn. Her work has been featured in the Avery Review, The Funambulist, Disc Journal, and volumes including Non-Extractive Architecture (2021), Architecture of Migration (Siddiqi, 2023), Architectures of Care (2024), and Material Acts (2024). She is an editor with Avery Review and assistant director of the Buell Center for the Study of American Architecture at Columbia GSAPP.
