Esther Olalude

Esther Olalude is the founder and CEO of Venille Ltd, a Nigerian social enterprise advancing menstrual health through eco-friendly sanitary pads and an AI-powered platform for reproductive health education. Her work bridges climate action, health equity, and gender inclusion by providing access, employment, and education to underserved communities. In addition to being a Young Climate Prize alumni, Esther is a 2025 776 Foundation Fellow, and an Anzisha Prize Fellow, recognized for her leadership in youth-driven innovation. Esther’s work sits at the intersection of innovation, gender equity, and climate resilience, advancing multiple SDGs with community-driven impact. She continues to champion youth-led solutions in climate and health justice across the Global South.


The World Around creates a space for bold ideas and urgent conversations that bridge design, equity, and climate. Being a part of this community reminds me that transformative change doesn't happen in isolation; it’s built through shared purpose, creativity, and care.
