Forth Bagley is the Vice President and Principal at KPF and has led the design and delivery of some of the world’s most impactful urban projects, utilizing a communicative, focused, and engaged management style to achieve innovation, build consensus, and get results. He is a leading proponent of cities and the power of planning, design, development, and policy to solve the challenges they face—from the climate emergency to the affordability crisis and the hollowing out of downtown areas.

Forth is a frequent speaker for organizations and conferences such as ULI, MIPIM, New York’s Urban Design Forum, and CTBUH, where he was instrumental in launching the City Advocacy Forum. Forth is an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University’s MS Real Estate Development program. He has taught at the Yale School of Architecture as the Eero Saarinen Visiting Professor, lectured at Harvard, and is a frequent guest critic. He is an active board member of Open House New York.
