Josh Begley is a data artist, app developer, and filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. He is the creator of Metadata+, an iPhone app that tracks US drone strikes. Josh has directed two short films, Concussion Protocol (2018) and Best of Luck with the Wall (2016), both produced by Academy Award-winning director Laura Poitras. His work has appeared at the Whitney Museum of American Art, the New York Film Festival, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Venice Architecture Biennale. Josh is an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University.
