Roxanne (Rongxuan) Zhou is a Chinese designer and project manager specializing in architecture and construction in New York. She has served as production assistant at The World Around, contributing to the organization’s fundraising, business development, and member engagement efforts. She began her work at The World Around in Shanghai, where she liaised among international partners and guests for the successful production of In Focus: Landscapes. She is currently an assistant project manager at SilverLining Inc. administering the construction of high-end residential projects in New York City.

Roxanne cares deeply about building and strengthening interpersonal relationships through the design of space and the collective experiences within. During her time at the University of Pennsylvania, where she received bachelor of arts with distinction and master of architecture degrees, she served in leadership roles that facilitated student engagement and interactions in both ARCHtank, the undergraduate architecture student organization, and StuCo, the graduate student council. Her graduate thesis project investigated using sound as a building material to construct collective and interactive spatial experiences.
