Alinta Furnell is an Australian biotechnologist that is making batteries higher performance, lower cost, and safer for demanding applications. Initially inspired by the way that natural systems had been harnessed to solve problems in our daily lives, Alinta is dedicated to her mission of rebuilding the world with biology. In recognition of her contribution to the field, Alinta has been listed as a 776 Fellow, Vogue Codes Future Innovator, 40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australian, and is an Adjunct Associate Lecturer at the University of New South Wales.
